San Shou consist of kicks, strikes, throws and takedown techniques emphasising on realistic fighting. The comprehensive methods used in San Shou are from Northern and Southern style of Chinese Martial Arts (Wushu - Kung Fu).
San Shou is physically demanding which helps to develop and improve stamina, increase flexibility, power and strength. Balance with Co-ordination is also improved. It is suitable for men, women and children.
Sanshou UK’s training methods and techniques make San Shou a comprehensive fighting system and is an effective method of self-defence.
